PERU!

We made it to Peru (finally)!  Our first flight was delayed for about an hour, so we had to run to our flight out of Houston.  Luckily, they held it for us!  Our apartment is so much nicer than I expected. We even have a doorman and an electric fence around the building.  We are also on the second floor, so I feel pretty safe!  However, the taxi driver must have thought he was an actor in "The Fast and the Furious" movies.  He almost hit quite a few Peruvian pedestrians and busses. Yikes!

There are four of us here in the apartment.  Reggie and I have to share a bed, but it is perfectly fine with both of us.  She is really sweet, and tomorrow we are going to explore Miraflores (our neighborhood, which apparently has a mall).  

I'm not quite sure that this blog makes any sense, as it is super late and our wine is very delicious  :o)
